Over the last 24 years, Mr. Norton has handled and in many cases tried a multitude of cases representing large corporate clients in a variety of high dollar, commercial litigation matters. Such litigation has involved issues relating to real estate, construction, breach of contract, secured lending, business entities, mineral rights, stockholder rights, securities, personal injury and product liability. His clients have included a number of Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Norton has experienced a great deal of success in court, recovering on behalf of his plaintiff clients, either through settlement or trial, nearly One Hundred and Fifty Million Dollars. Likewise, Mr. Norton has been successful in defense of claims in that his clients have been found not liable or otherwise avoided paying claims in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
